Visitation
Based on the daily activities and needs for our residents, recommended visiting hours are 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. We ask that visitors consider other patients when planning their visits, so to avoid disturbances.
Admissions
Planned admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

At College Park we offer a wide range of rehabilitation services. The Rehab Department is open 6 days a week and offers services from trained professionals in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology. These therapists offer individualized therapy to promote wellness and recovery.
The department's goal is to facilitate independence for a successful return to the resident's prior level of functioning which can include return to community-based housing.
Our specialty program within our neurological rehabilitation is under our Neurological Rehabilitation Specialists program and includes treating individuals with stroke, Parkinson's, MS, spinal cord injuries, amputations and any other neurological, orthopedic and medical conditions.
Long-term care assists those who may benefit from 24-hour nursing availability and assistance with meals, medication management, and other activities of daily living.

College Park offers a calendar of activities seven days a week. Our nationally certified Activities Professionals encourage many levels of independence. Each patient is individually assessed to provide a program of activities that addresses his or her physical, spiritual, emotional, recreational and social needs. Our activity program focuses on field trips in the community. These trips go to such places as restaurants, casinos, malls and other community events.
College Park Rehabilitation Center has partnered with local hospital systems to ensure continuity of care. These independent physicians also utilize nurse practitioners so when they are not here, they have licensed and certified advanced practice nurses at the facility to ensure that trained eyes are available and ready to assist in making informed healthcare decisions.
